1st creates a new layer. layer size width 36 inches height 12 inches resolution 250 color RGB.
Click the layer button to create a new layer.
Select the pen tool ( press the keyboard for P select the pen tool )
The choice for your design and place for your image.
Create a new layer choice your color and press keyboard for ALT+BACKSPACE place color a layer
Select the text tool to press your page name and your name.
