Step One: Retouching 1st open your photoshop and open your image. Remove your pimple from the face of your model. Copy the model layer for  2 times. Select the 2no layer, go to filter blur and gaussian blur minimum blur 3.5. Select the 1st layer and go to filter other and High Pass minimum High Pass 1.1. Select the 1st layer change the mode normal to Vivid Light. Select 1st and 2no layer press CTRL+G (CTRL+G for a group) and press ALT and click for musk icon. Select the brush tool to paint your model face.

  Step Tow: High Light Of Model Face Create a new layer Keyboard - press SHIFT and F5 open fill message, select 50% gray click on ok. Select mode option normal to overlay. Select DodegTool after that EXPOSURE 12% or 15% and high light of your model face.

Step Three: Color For Light Create a new layer and select the brush tool choices your color big the brush size like for you and one click of select area.
